  • Host broker’s open houses to attract sales agents with potential buyers for your home.
  • Working with your schedule we coordinate potential buyer property visits at your leisure;
  • We prepare detailed and meticulous briefings for potential buyers to take home and review after their site visit;
  • Once we have located a buyer we will guide you through the offer process and negotiate on your behalf the absolute best possible price;
